Labor stands with Bridget Mary McCormack for re-election to the Supreme Court. Chief Justice McCormack was first elected to the court in 2012 and she was chosen by her colleagues last year to serve as the chief justice. During her time as a judge, Chief Justice McCormack has worked tirelessly to ensure that Michigan’s Supreme Court remains independent from outside political influence, and she’s made improving access to the justice system for all Michiganders regardless of income a priority by working on the Justice for All Taskforce.
